FREE 6-week Class

 

Having added a new member to our Evergreen Team has lightened our load and provided me (Ginny) with an opportunity to reprise a FREE peer level support group that originated in 2002. It will begin the 3rd week in July and is called Rising Tide because a rising tide lifts all boats -- meaning that when one person in the group benefits, everyone feels good about having contributed in his or her own way.

There is no hypnosis involved. In its current format -- which combines structure with spontaneity in a comfortable, conversational manner -- each of 6 weekly meetings will center on:

Creating a positive mindset

Problem Solving (with input from others)

Goal Setting (with accountability)

Stress Management

FREE 30-minute Presentation

　

Saturday June 25 (11 a.m.) James & I will be dong a COOL 30-minute presentation called, “A Quiet Time Quick Fix for Common Childhood Concerns” at Barnes & Noble, University Plaza, in Modesto. We’ll give an overview of our book Charming Children and send everyone home with a new technique for communicating with children effectively in order to influence their attitude and behavior. Please come by if you are in the area. Everyone purchasing the book at that time ($15) will receive a FREE 6-minute stress reduction CD.

FREE 1-Hour Workshop

On Tuesday, July 12th at 8:00 a.m. I’ll be teaching a FREE one-hour workshop at the Stockton Chamber of Commerce called Three Things You Need to Succeed (That You May Not Have Thought Of).” This is part of a new ongoing series sponsored by the Chamber and although my presentation has nothing to do with our Rising Tide support group, I do expect to be rocking the boat a little. I tend not to tell people what they want to hear. I tell them what I believe they need to hear, like it or not. Chamber membership is not required, but advance registration is.
