A Free Cancer Support Seminar

"Healing and Dealing" -- a free cancer support seminar which focuses on relaxation, visualization, and affirmations as support techniques for cancer patients -- will take place Tuesday, May 23, 2000, at 6:30 p.m. at Sutter Tracy Community Hospital.

The seminar, conducted by Ginny Lucas, Dr. of Clinical Hypnosis, and Frank Lucas, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, is free and open to the public. "The subconscious mind processes language differently than the conscious mind," states Dr. Lucas.  "The seminar will demonstrate ways to change speech patterns and subsequently empower a patient."

The Lucas's are owners of Evergreen Professional Hypnotherapy & Personal Improvement Center in Stockton.  They offer clinical hypnosis, motivational coaching, counseling, and community education.

Sutter Tracy Community Hospital is located at 1400 North Tracy Boulevard, Tracy.
