Frank is a certified clinical hypnotherapist, and the Evergreen primary treatment provider.  

He conducts private sessions, group sessions, dual-voice sessions, and eye movement sessions. He also co-facilitates the various workshops offered by Evergreen at colleges throughout the state.

A Viet Nam veteran, his background includes electronics as well as retail sales and business management, for which he has won national awards. 

Frank is a 2005-2008 member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce, as well as a Co-chair of STOPP (San Joaquin County Smoking & Tobacco Outreach/Prevention Project Coalition), and a founding member of the Tobacco Free Families task force.  He is also currently an appointed member of the Government Relations Committee for the Chamber, a member of the Small Business Council, and is Past President of the Founders Club of Business Networking International (BNI.) 

His interests range from martial arts (he has been a winning competitor in Western States tournaments) to science fiction. He is an avid reader and is currently writing his first book.
