Our hypnosis CD's have two tracks.
One is a 20-30-minute session that requires deliberate inactivity. We use a Dual
Voice or Tri-voice technique that increases the effect. Track Two contains
supportive subliminal suggestions, and it can be used anytime, anywhere, while
you're doing other things. Some of our CD's are meditation or
"guided imagery." Some encourage contemplation and can be
used with or without relaxing into an altered state of mind.
